With e-abo, you can organize your offerings quickly and efficiently.

For entering master data and analyses, you are using the computer. To organize your classes and attendance list, you use your smartphone or iPad.

You’ll always be up to date with your class organization, no matter where you are.

e-abo is capable of handling multiple tenants. If you teach at other providers who use e-abo, you can easily switch to these providers within the app and access the classes (according to authorization).

Note: You can also fully administer participants who do not use the e-abo app.

These are the essential steps to get started with e-abo

1. 1. Complete your company profile
   2. Enter tariffs
   3. Enter classes – and assign tariffs
   4. Enter participants
   5. Create bookings for your participants

No more manual invoicing creation! e-abo is managing it!

When using the «Basic/Premium License,» the participant will receive an e-abo message with the payment information. After receiving the payment, you set the booking to „paid.“ The participant will receive the invoice/course confirmation via email.

With the «Premium Plus License,» the participant can buy your offer with the e-abo app. The status of the booking is paid.
