Adjust booking afterwards

Valid bookings can be adjusted at any time afterwards.

This is how it works:

Participant | Valid bookings | Tap booking

or

Classes | Swipe Classes | Tap Class Manager | Tap Participant 

• • Extend the period of booking
  • Increase / decrease the number of entries
  • Price adjustment (as long as booking is in status | Paid – No)

This function can be used to:

• • Credit entries to a previous booking
  • To extend a participants booking due to illness

End/Terminate booking

A booking is used up when all entries have been used and/or the validity has expired. If you want to cancel a booking that is still valid, you can do this via The Class Manager or via the Participant menu.

This is how it works:

Tap Participant | Swipe Valid bookings | Tap on booking | Tap on End booking

or

Classes | Swipe Class |Tap on Class Manager | Tap on Participant | Tap on End booking

Note: 

1. 1. You can also terminate a booking if the booking is still valid. e-abo will remove the participant from all classes/appointments.
   2. The booking remains in the analyses.

Um eine Buchung definitiv zu löschen, kann diese im Web unter Auswertung | Buchungen gelöscht werden.

If you want to delete a booking, go to the web and delete the booking via Analysis| Bookings.

Expand booking

The participant can attend several classes with one booking (if the tariff allows this). You can extend the booking of the participant directly to a class.

This is how it works:

Tap Participant | Swipe Booking | Tap New booking

• • Select the class
  • If there is a valid booking, it will be displayed below
  • Tap Expand booing | the participant will be added to this class.

Good to know:

• • Participant appears in the attendance list
  • Participant receives e-abo message about the expanded booking
  • Participant can sign in/out for dates

No matter from where you create a booking, as soon as there is a valid booking for the respective class, it will be suggested for expansion.
