Bookings

Bookings can be created and adjusted from the following areas: Class Manager — Participants — Class request

Create a booking without class assignment

This way of creating bookings for participants is trendy. It allows participants to enroll in all classes that the tariff allows. This way, participants can flexibly plan their dates and sign on/off in classes with or without compulsory registration.

    • Example:
      • Instructor creates a booking:
        • Select «Without class assignment»
        • Select «Card of 10»
      • The number of available entries in the booking is| 0/10
      • The participant enrols for 5 dates
      • The number of entries in the booking is adjusted as follows | 5/10

Book a participant directly into a class (Classes with compulsory cancellation/max. participants) //only available with Premium License//

A binding reservation for the participant is made for xx entries for the defined period. The participants presence is confirmed.

    • Example:
      • Instructor creates a booking:
        • Select «Class»
        • Select «Card of 10»
      • The number of entries in the booking is | 10/10
      • The participants presence is «confirmed»
        • The participant can sign off from dates

Book a participant directly into a class (without compulsory cancellation/max. participants)

The participant appears on the attendance list. However, the participation is not yet confirmed and must be done by the instructor or the participants themselves.

    • Example:
      • Instructor creates a booking:
        • Select  «Class (without compulsory cancellation…)»
        • Select «Card of 10»
      • The number of available entries in the booking is | 0/10
      • The participant appears on the attendance list – but is «not yet confirmed»
        • the participant signs up for 3 dates and the instructor conforms another entry
      • The number of entries in the booking is | 4/10
