Quarterly Class | Follow-up booking

Follow-up booking for groups / quarterly classes

You create a follow-up booking for groups if, for example, the quarterly class expires and a new booking is to be made for all or most participants for the follow-up class.

• Create the new classes with fixed start and end date on the web

Here’s how it works:

Option 1: The Quarter is still running – the bookings remain in place

• Tap Classes | Swipe Class (existing) |Tap Class Manager | Tap Action Menu | Renew booking (Group)
• Check the participants (add or remove participants)
• Select the «Follow-up class» 
• Do not end the current booking – Select «No»
• The participant(s) are booked in the «Follow-up class»

Option 2: TheQuarter ends – the bookings are finished

• Tap Classes | Swipe Class (existing) |Tap Class Manager | Tap Action Menu | Renew booking (Group)
• Check the participants (add or remove participants)
• Select the «Follow-up class» 
• End the current booking – Select «Yes»
• The participant(s) are booked in the «Follow-up class»

Delete the previous class from the web after expiration
